Cheezy again ....
You'll be hearing more of me baking with Cheeze. I've bought a 2kg big bag of shredded chedder cheese about 2 weeks ago, costing me about S$27 and will expire in this Sep ;p Cheezy cheese cheese here i come.
Here's the Cheese Cookie i bake on Saturday morning for Mei Mei to bring for her weekend class. Hmmm ... it still taste good and fresh even today. Ah Boy always my big fan whenever i bake or cook. very encouraging.
