I just loves it at the very 1st moment when i saw this recipe. For sure the kiddies will loves it, they loves anything that is of CHEESE.... While baking it smells so good, smell so irresistable. Isn't the mushroom head look cute.
Ingredients
2 eggs
65g castor sugar
90g cake flour
1/2tsp baking powder
20g grated Parmesan cheese
1tbsp milk
90g butter (melted)
Methods
- Sift flour and baking power together and set aside
- Beat eggs and sugar until sugar dissolved with low speed
- Add cheese, milk and flour and mix until smooth
- Pour in melted butter and mix well
- Lastly pour batter into greased cuppies tray to 80% full
- Bake at 190c for 15 mins
