Ingredient
125g butter
80g castor sugar
1 egg yolk
200g plain flour
20g corn flour
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Beat well butter, sugar, egg yolk & vanilla
- Add in the rest of the ingredients
- Knead and roll it flat.
- Cut out using a flower shaped cutter
- Put it into a paper cups
- Bake in oven 170c 20mins (just keep watch as every oven vary)
- Cookies after cool put the filling in the centre and decorate to the way you like.
