Times really flies, i have not been blogging for quite a while.
What's have i been doing lately ? Well ... no major baking and new stuffs that really excite me. Been very busy with life as mommy (Prince exam) and WORK !!!
Finally today is the last day of school for this semester. What a relieve and it spell "BREAK" for me. At least i could catch up some Zzzzzzzzzzzz in the morning, since the kids is having school holiday.
Got a special request from my son last week, to make this for his morning breakfast.

Since today is the last day for school, both Prince & Princess have mini class party in the school. Woke up 4am this morning to oven chicken nuggets for son to bring school. As for agar agar got them all done up and fridge last night. As for Princess i baked the good old Horlick doggies, after son got off to school.

Here's the Recipe
- 180g butter
- 80g Horlicks
- 200g Top flour
- 25g corn flour
- 25g milk powder
- 15g castor sugar
- mini chocolate chips for eyes
- mini M&M for mouth
- some Koko Krunch for ears
- Sieve top flour, corn flour and milk powder
- Cream butter and Horlicks for about three minutes at low speed. Do not overbeat.
- Put in top flour, cornflour, sugar and milk powder and beat for about one minute to form dough.
- Divide dough into 10g each and roll into a ball
- On each dough decorate them with eyes, mouth & ears
- Bake at 160c for 20mins
