Not only it's delicious and super yummy (surprising it wasn't oily and got nice fragrant on the rice)
Ingredient
1 pc wax duck 腊鸭 (boil in water & remove skin)
1 pair chinese liver sausage 肝肠 (cut into half)
1 pair chinese sausage 腊肠 (cut into half)
Method
When the rice about to cook fully, place the wax duck above rice and stuck the sausage into the almost cook rice.

2) break 1 egg, a slice of lightly toasted bacon & sprinkle some chedder cheese
3) Put in the oven to bake
