Cinnamon Bread

Was pretty excited wanting to bake bread, I got this Cinnamon Bread premix from Phoon Huat.


After throwing everything into my bread maker and half way into making the machine broke down. I bid goodbye to my dear BM. I had to manually knead the dough. Thanksfully it turn out great, crispy on the outside.

1 packet Red Man Cinnamon Bread Mix (5g dry yeast included)
50ml milk
200ml water
1 egg
